• Can I get material or finish samples on my prospective order?
  Yes. On all custom projects we would always provide both a finish sample and a shop drawing for approval before manufacturing your order. If you need a sample before deciding to place an order, please contact us for availability.
  
  
• Can I get a photograph sent to me of the item I am interested in?
  You can print a tearsheet of any design on the website by clicking on the zoom window and then choosing the print command from your computer. Or, contact us and we will e-mail or mail you a higher resolution picture of the item.
  
  
• Can I view the designs you offer in a showroom?
  Yes. We have a working studio/showroom located Chula Vista and Tijuana, Mexico where you can view designs in various stages of fabrication as well as numerous wood samples and photos of many previous projects. Please feel free to drop by or call to schedule an appointment.
  
  
• Can I change the size or detail of an item?
  Yes. All of the items shown on our website can be customized. Just e-mail, fax or phone us with your custom specifications.
  
  
• How do I actually go about purchasing an item?
  Call us at 1-619-2472298 or e-mail unlimited_furniture@hotmail.com or unlimitedfurniture@prodigy.net.mx to place an order or discuss any customization that might be needed. Whether you are interested in making a purchase for any given item as it is shown, or if you require customization on an item, you can also fill out the request form available on any design item page and send it to us.
  
  
• How will I know what the ordered item is going to look like?
  With both standard and custom designs, a shop drawing and finish sample are provided for approval. We will make sure that you are involved in any decision making that might be involved with you custom project to be sure we are building what you want and you have a clear understanding of the final design.
  
  
• What type of quality can I expect?
  Unlimited Furniture is committed to providing our customers with the highest degree of quality in custom furniture.
  
  
• Can I make a purchase from outside the US?
  If you need to schedule an overseas shipment, please contact us to discuss the details.
  
  
• How will my order be packaged and shipped?
  Most items are carefully packed and delivered by experienced, qualified shippers locally and nationwide. All shipments are fully insured. Please note that we can only ship to street addresses, not P.O. Box addresses.
  
  
• How long will it take to receive my order?
  On average the production time on orders is approx. 12-18 weeks depending on the complexity of the project, plus shipping time. For inventory or catalog items 2-4 weeks. A more specific time frame will be quoted for each project. Most shipment time ranges between 7-14 business days, depending on geographic location. We will contact you with all the needed information to track your order and coordinate a delivery time.
  
  
• Will I be charged sales tax?
  We do not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of California, but are required to add 8.75% to residents of California. The tax amount will be calculated and added to your order at the time of purchase.
  
  
• What if I want to use a California resale permit on my order?
  Please contact us. You will need to fill out the appropriate resale form for our files and your resale number verified.
  
  
• What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept checks, Deposit or money orders in U.S. Dollars, soon Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
  
• When do you require payment for my purchase?
  At the time an order is placed, we require a 50% deposit of the full amount of each purchase including sales tax (if applicable). The balance of the order and associated shipping costs is due upon completion of the order and must be received by us before the order can be shipped. Items that are available in stock or will ship shortly, would require the full amount paid upon purchase including shipping.
